Sven Vath – L’esperanza Reinterpretation [Cocoon Recordings COR12121] (2014)


Coinciding with the celebration of his 50th anniversary, the veteran Dj and producer Sven Väth and his label of Cocoon Recordings have just published an EP of 2 reinterpretations of 2 classic tracks from this veteran producer, to start with one of their early EPs, a classic track from 1993 ‘L’Esperanza’, which already had a reissue in 2000 with the addition of new remixes, and this time the work is duo Âme, other veterans, with a reinterpretation of more than 8 minutes, hypnotic, magical remix; and on the other hand, one of his classics, for the year 1994, ‘Harlequin – The Beauty And The Beast’, re-released in 2008 with a new remix from Eric Prydz, and the classic remix of the 1994 from Underworld, and now the remix made it from the duo of Tuff City Kids (Gerd Janson & Phillip Lauer) with 8 minutes direct to the dancefloor, forceful.
