Today we have the pleasure to present you a new reference as a project leaded by fours pals distributed all around the Globe (Bolivia, France and Germany). The electronic music duo Gentry (Nicolas Quiroga and Christian Fernandez), Diego Mouchet aka El Mosquetero and Camilo Vega aka SHDWPPL. The four friends lead Happily Ever After Recordings or you may have seen the short version HEARec. Currently they are animating a crowdfunding campaign for their next release project, which they intent to press in 12” Vinyl, as their first physical reference. The reference we are talking about is signed Sex Kino and is called ‘Scream In The City’.
Scream In The City is the most recent new wave project of the duo formed by the English James Brook (former composer and songwriter from the Pardon Moi duo) and the Swedish artist Josefine Larsson. They both form Sex Kino and they present a mini-LP composed by 5 very nice tracks and 2 remixes that evolve somewhere between the 80s and the 90s, making this reference a journey to the New Wave, Italo and Cosmic Pop era, with melodies and vocals reminding of New Wave’s most progressive period. The remixes are signed by producers very dear to this house, one by Cabizbajo and the second by Alvee & Fausto.
