For new reference on the British imprint of Nein Records (run by Tronik Youth), they offer us a trip to Bogotá (Colombia) with musician and producer of Felipe Gordon, a producer who is part of the Colombian bands of Those and Mercury, and that as producer debuted in December of 2014 in the Colombian label of Nomada Records with ‘No Days Off’ which featured 2 original cuts, and now with ‘Galactico EP’, his second EP, presents 2 new compositions in which the influence of the music house and more current electornic music come together to create a personal sound, 2 cuts that are complemented with 2 remixes, the first from UK with the owner of the label, the DJ and producer of Tronik YoutDaniel Kyo aka Daniel Pérez Cuesta.
The debut of Felipe Gordon for the Nein Records, opens with the 2 original cuts, first with ‘Galáctico’, and in its 6 minutes leads to a dark galactic trip with raw, compelling sounds, touches of acid, and voices singing in Spanish, a tack full of energy and power. In the second original cut, ‘303 House’, the main element of this composition is the mythical 303 that is firing its rays of acid, with a sound strong and powerful to bring acid house dance floor and do the crowd who dance wildly.
For the remixes, the first with Tronik Youth and a remix to ‘303 House’, a remix in which reduces the tempo to take it to those slow tempos that love to Tronik Youth, and a trip to the acid house in slow motion, dark and raw. For his part, Daniel Kyo signed the remix to ‘Galáctico’, an excellent and very killer remix, bringing remix to 7 minutes, a remix in which tension drives the remix until a new galaxies, with an acid that will grow as advance the remix, taking over anything that comes through the middle, perfect for the dance floor.
