Where are you from / how did you get into music? Can you tell us a little about your experience?
I was born in Bielefeld, Germany and I am based in a small town near Tarragona, Spain for the last 20 years. I started very early as musician. I played bass and guitar in different bands and I worked as professional bass player for different acts. Also, I wrote and composed songs for different international acts. When I was living in Frankfurt, Germany, I started to hear electronic music and I fell in love with it.
At least, last year I opened my own electronic record label, Señorita Records, where I can focus in the kind of music I love: Electronic music!
Who have been your main inspirations (both musical and in “life”)? And how have they affected your sound?
Life has different parts and I did not only electronic music, so I have influence from different kind of music. Playing live music in different bands has affected my sound and put this spirit into my electronic music
How would you define your sound?
Electronic dance, but it is difficult for me to define my own sound
How has your sound evolved so far?
Making music is a permanent process of development even if you choose to make the music that you like…
What can you tell us about your last release? What inspired you? What do you want to convey?
The idea of “One Wish” came from a conversation of people, heard when I was sitting in a coffee shop
What modern artists are you enjoying?
The list is very long but I could say that Dan Sieg, Ben Böhmer and Denis Cruz are some of them
How are you living the current situation because of COVID? Has your work affected you a lot?
It sounds hard, but Covid affected me in a positive way, because, the lockdown permeated me to I spend more time in my studio and to create my own record label : Señorita Records
What projects are you working on right now?
My next release is called “can I have you “and it is a house track, we are still preparing the video and you will hear it very soon.
But right now I am working in a new electronic track and a house track at the same time, depending on my mood…
