The Australian label Cutters Records is characterized by publishing few releases, but high quality, for his latest publication, and first of the year 2013, have traveled to Los Angeles to bring this excellent debut from this producer called Kauf (Ronald Kaufman), Kauf demos from 2011 came into the hands of Dan Whitford (Cut Copy) who immediately Cutters signed for the label, and now published the debut of this great producer who has been compared to artists like Caribou, Matthew Dear or Toro y Moi … . an EP comprised of four original compositions, dark, slow, brilliant development, dense, cinematic synths, a peculiar voice with its echoes, resulting hypnotic that trap you in a personal atmosphere, highlighting the wonderful ‘Relocate’, for which has made a video directed by Nathalia Acevedo which perfectly captures the atmosphere of the composition and the wonderful and very danceable ‘When You’re Out’, killer track, excellent development of the composition, amazing. And to accompany these four jewels, 2 remixes for the track ‘Relocate’, from the hand of British duo of Psychemagik with the track leads to a more cosmic and space travel, psychedelic, and the Australian producer Nile Delta leads the original track directly to the dance floor, BPM increases. Great Release.
