Ludwig Buez – Nibel [No Purpose Records] (2020)

Ludwig Buez presents a new single entitled “Nibel” on No Purpose Records, where he manages to display an evolved, refined and enhanced sound, which consolidates the career of a producer who does not cease to have notable virtues, presenting such unique nuances that they manage to shape to unique pieces. A good dose of warmth and energy to this unusual year.

Each track resonates from the depths, and manages to enter a unique and very personal sonic cosmos, covering a wide range of sound textures that will make our speakers roar. Comprised of a fresh and flavorful groove, warm bass, and uplifting melodies with a progressive edge, the whole album is something you are sure to enjoy during your home listening sessions, waiting for the parties to begin again.

All of these tracks come together, in the manner of a philosophical essay, until they combine an album as experimental as it is intense and addictive, which takes possession of oneself as a sweet poison, while it transports us progressively and boisterously, as few producers with determined fluency they are willing to do, condensing two ideas that it seemed that we were no longer going to recover: future and permanence.

At a time as tense and complex as ours, EPs like this “Nibel” manage to detach us from reality and transport us to another necessary dimension. We don’t know what the future holds, but we do know that this “Nibel” is a testimony to a troubled and uncertain present, which will remain in our memory forever.
