Last June, the label Phonica Records in their series Phonica White, vinyl numbered limited series, published two remixes to Pick a Piper (formation Brad Weber of drummer on live shows of Caribou with Angus Fraser and Dan Roberts) tracks, with a peculiar sound, atmospheric, polyrhythmic percussion, with organic, synthetic and hypnotic sound, and published their album ion the record label City Slang, and Phonica give 2 tracks from the same album were selected to give a new treatment, 2 personal remixes, first, Jeremy Greenspan (Junior Boys) and his remix of ‘Lucid in Fjords’ a complete transformation of the track, with epic moments, repeated sounds, techno sound with small touches of acid, powerful and forceful remix, and on the other hand, Caribou aka Dan Snaith remix to ‘Once Were Leaves’ with some excellent vocal effects that dominate the remix completely fused with some abstract melodies to create a wonderful soundscape.
