VA – I-Robots presents The Balance EP [Opilec Music OPCM 12 072] (2014)

Originally released last year on vinyl for the Balance Records (Chez Damier) veteran producer I- Robots aka Gianluca Pandullo now published its digital edition including a bonus track on their own label of Opilec Music, and under the name of ‘I- Robots presents The Balance EP’ , which are given out to these more tracks in the en Chicago House, Deep House classic, classy , well- made, opening the EP with I- Robots itself and its track ‘Streets of Dongguan’ track also included the recent compilation on same label ‘We Are Opilec Vol II’, a tribute to the Chinese city of Dongguan, Huang Jiang (second residence of I- Robots), with sounds Deep House and melodic touches of dub with a funk bass and percussion fused with vocals recorded in the streets of Dongguan, which take us back to other havens; the next track is for the producer Jordan Fields with ‘Pink Lilies’ (from his upcoming album the Sound OfChicago 1986 -1991 -The lost Trax) a lost track from the late 80s/earliers 90s with sound classic of Dance Mania / Trax , funny synthesizers, powerful drums; the next track to Federico Gandin with ‘Sonic A Day on The Milky Way’ (from their debut album ‘Legion Of the Lost Dream’), a classic House, dense with an infectious beat, cash and transmits a good vibe; and as a bonus track, a remix by I- Robots for ‘Last Call’ Klein & M.B.O. is included, a remix called ‘Reconstruction Part II’, an excellent review of this Chicago classic prot-house, now with a brutal punch, with hints of acid, some Disco, killer on the dance floor .
