Espacio Cielo is back, and it does so with the Belgian duo: Marching Machines and their impressive EP ‘Hymn’, which is accompanied by remixes from the likes of Damon Jee and the head of the label, Parissior, who give it a script twist to this very interesting proposal.
‘Hymn’ is a serious work, painstakingly cared for, that lends itself to starting it and not returning to reality until it’s finished: the headphones are like the oxygen cylinder that allows you to dive to the bottom of this great sound rotation, of this cosmic orbit, and being there in a state of hypnotic fascination. The dark acids of the bassline and the trippy ensemble take us on a sidereal journey. All these languages ??and influences from which he was nurtured dialogue on this album, creating new, different and highly evolved sound organisms.
In this world where speed is desperately sought and attention deficit is so high, such an album will be misunderstood among many people, even dismissed as really important. But you just have to have the patience and the will to stop, to breathe, to sink into it, to hold on there as long as you can, and admire its interior.
