Hello Dario! Its a pleasure, How has your 2023 been?

It has been one of the best years of my career since I have managed to release albums on major labels and in terms of performances it has been very complete.

To introduce yourself to our younger readers… How did you start your career in the music scene and what led you to become a DJ and producer?

I started my career at 15 years old playing in clubs. At 20 I started producing because creating rhythms caught my attention.

As a DJ and producer with a long trajectory, how do you stay updated with trends and changes in the music industry?

Having been making music for so many years I have had to adapt to different styles and fashions but I have always preserved my style and the common denominator which is dance, focusing my productions on the dance floor.

Ibiza is known to be an epicenter of electronic music. How would you describe your experience and involvement in Ibiza’s music scene? Talk us about Bora Bora residence.

Playing in Ibiza is an incredible feeling because there is a very good atmosphere and energy, people are always on vacation and very willing to listen to music. I have played in the main venues and clubs in Ibiza and the residency in Bora Bora was a real pleasure as it gave me many contacts

As an artist from Ibiza, how has the island influenced your style and approach to electronic music?

During the summer months I always dedicate myself to listening to great artists and the new trends that are taking place. That motivates me and then for the rest of the year I produce and make my own productions focused on what I have heard during the summer.

You have worked with various artists throughout your career. Is there any collaboration that stands out for you and why?

The track that I released on the late Eric Morillo’s label was one of the ones that made me most excited because apart from releasing it on his great label, he made me a remix with Harry Romero and it was spectacular

What is your music production process? Do you have any particular approach or inspiration when creating new music?

Before starting to produce I always like to have an idea, a vocal, a riff so that everything flows, I create the entire track in 16 bars and then I develop it so I never get stuck.

In your live performances, do you prefer the DJ set or Live Act format? Is there any specific reason for your choice?

I like to play with three Pioneer CDs since I don’t want to use the computer because I spend the whole week in the studio producing and it doesn’t give me flow. I like very dynamic sets with very short mixes, leaving the best of each song.

Is there anything else you would like to share with your fans and followers before concluding this interview?

want to thank you for the interview and for the opportunity. And I also want to thank all the people and all the clubs that support me since it has been 30 years of career.
